Description

The Blodgett 4342 Oven Medium Base Lamp is a 50-watt, 120-volt lamp that is used to light up the interior of commercial operation. It gives better visibility of food during cooking and the operators can observe the progress made without having to open the door. The lamp is fitted in the special medium base socket behind the protective lens and is well adapted to high temperature conditions. The bulb should be replaced in case of failure or even when it becomes dim to ensure that it remains visible throughout the baking, roasting, and other oven cooking operations.
