Description

The Blodgett 18257 Convection Oven Orifice is a gas flow component to be used with liquid propane systems. It has a 3/16-inch fitting and a 0.012-inch orifice opening that controls the amount of gas, that is supplied to the burner to facilitate the proper combustion. This is an orifice that is fitted directly into the burner assembly and it operates together with the gas valve and manifold to ensure stable flame features. Under commercial foodservice requirements, the proper sizing of orifices is necessary to provide uniformity in heating, fuel efficiency and safe operation of the oven in continuous baking and roasting processes.
