Description

The Garland M8-45 Small Orifice is a gas metering component that is utilized in commercial cooking appliances. The # 45 opening size regulates the quantity of gas that is fed to the burner, which ensures that there is the right amount of combustion and that the amount of heat produced is controlled. It is installed at the gas entry point and it operates in conjunction with valves and air shutters to aid in maintaining uniform flame action. In kitchen use, this component is replaced when it is being serviced or when the burner is being adjusted, to put it back in proper operation.
