Description

The Montague MONV1E Dial Thermostat KX is a temperature control part for use in compatible commercial ovens and cooking equipment. It measures the heat by using the sensing bulb placed in the heated cavity and controls the heating cycle of the appliance according to the changes in temperature. The dial and bezel assembly enable the user to accurately select and adjust cooking temperatures. The thermostat is installed in the control panel and linked to the oven's heating system, which supports to ensure the oven operates at a consistent temperature for baking, roasting and other cooking operation.
