Middleby Marshall 33812-3 Oven Thermocouple J Type Shielded 9.50" X 60"

The Middleby Marshall 33812-3 Thermocouple / Probe Type J Shielded 9.50" x 60" is a temperature sensing element for use in compatible commercial systems. Measures heat within the oven cooking chamber and sends temperature information to the control system for regulating oven operation. In practical application, it is placed in commercial systems where constant baking or cooking temperatures are a desired component of the food production process. As part of the systems temperature control loop, the probe will regulate the timing of heating elements' cycles to keep setpoints during continuous operation. It is essential in the systems to assist maintain internal temperature and stability in foodservice applications with high throughput.
