Merrychef DC0322 Flat Cook Plate S36-377

The Merrychef DC0322 Flat Cook Plate S36-377 is a replacement cooking unit that provides a smooth and flat surface to conduct heat in other compatible rapid cooking units. It operates by absorbing and spreading thermal energy to the food placed on it equally, which prefers even cooking. The plate is inserted in the special hole to which it is connected to the heating components and support system. It is used in large throughput food preparation settings where it is required to cook on a flat surface. This cook plate is applied to ensure that the heat conductivity is correct and it aids in ensuring that the operation is stable.
