Description

The Vollrath/Idea-Medalie B401100 Hi-Limit Thermostat is an various safety and efficiency feature for improve kitchens. This thermostat is designed to monitor temperatures and prevent overheating, there by protecting cooking equipment from damage. The high-limit thermostat contains a manual reset button which can be accessed from its back side for simple operation and maintenance needs. The 190°F temperature threshold enables this partto protect equipment from overheating as it works with Belleco toasters and Holman models. To provides two mounting holes together with adjustable 1/4" tabs which enable flexible installation options.
