Description

The Lang LG30304-16 Convection Oven Circuit Board Switch controls oven temperature selection via a 12 Position interface which sends signal to the control board. It reads the input from the selector dial and adjusts heating cycles in the range of 140450F by controlling electrical pathways through the circuit board switch based on the control signals sent by the oven system. This component is fitted inside the convection oven control panel assembly to control the temperature. It needs to be controlled for proper temperature selection during cooking cycles in a commercial convection oven unit.
