Description

The Lang LG2E30304-16 Circuit Board Switch 160-450°F is used to control temperature setting and cycling in a convection oven by sending signals to the control circuit based on the dial setting. It is connected to the oven's temperature range control and enables step-by-step control by means of several settings, which are coordinated with the internal components to control heating cycles and programmed operation in various cooking modes by means of a 12-position selector corresponding to the temperature steps over the range of control. Mounted on compatible convection ovens on the control panel for user access to temperature selection.
