Description

The Moffat M233115 Lamp Lens is a protective cover that is applied in commercial convection ovens. The bulb is covered by a shield that is installed over the internal oven light to protect the bulb against heat, grease, and moisture, and does not block the light from entering the house. This lens assists the operators in the food cooking without opening the door of the oven, which aids to maintain constant temperatures. This is usually interchangeable in service in situations where the lens is either broken, fogged or ruined, and refocuses the visibility and adequate protection inside the oven.
