Description

The Imperial 2721 Charbroiler Chrome Burner Valve Knob is an on and off controller meant to regulate a gas burner valve. It operates using a D-stem 1/4-inch shaft to convert manual rotation into controlled gas flow into the burner. It is a knob required on restaurant and commercial kitchen settings. It is attached to the front panel of the appliance and is connected directly to the burner valve and assist in controlling the heat output by allowing the gas system to be turned on and off when required.
