Description

The Star Mfg PS-RG5094 Range Infinite Switch Kit is a vital part of the range for controlling power to cooktop burners. This switch works through a bimetallic strip that changes its shape due to heat and thereby regulates the electrical contact and the burner temperature. It also allows users to select their preferred heat setting and the switch turns the cooker on and off to achieve that setting, improving cooking control. Advantages include increased energy conservation and efficiency in cooking hence suitable for commercial and home use.
