Description

The Frymaster 8070918 Direct-Spark Ignition Module W/11 Sec Lockout 5EA 1/4" Tab Terminals is burner control module for commercial fryer system that controls direct spark ignition. This module is installed in compatible fryer assemblys and controlled ignition timing, and the 11-second lockout feature adds to system protection by reducing the number of times the fryer can ignite in an unsafe manner. It is a component of the ignition and control system of the fryer which assists ensure its safety in operation. Step1: Disconnect fryer from power and shut off the gas supply before starting.
