Description

The Lang LG80300-04 Ignition Control is used to control the ignition timing in commercial cooking equipment, sending signals to ignite the burner and to monitor the operation of the flame during the heating cycle. It is used in conjunction with the ignition system to regulate the ignition of the burner and ensure correct burner start-up and shut-down, and to coordinate the electrical response in the unit. This ignition control is designed for use in the control compartment of compatible Lang ovens, ranges and other gas-powered kitchen equipment where ignition control and flame supervision are needed during cooking and temperature-controlled operation during normal use.
