The Henny Penny HEN60744-4 Fryer Heating Element offers regulated heat output by a four-point-eight-kilowatt heating structure that is supplied by a two hundred and eight volt electrical supply. The heating part is linked to internal electric circuits, which turn on the thermal output when the machine is on. Proper heat circulation helps in constant temperature operation and in the regulation of even heating in the fryer system.
