Description

The Henny Penny HEN19502 Fryer Basket Handle provides a hand grip for controlling the system during loading and removal using commercial equipment. Mounted directly to the basket assembly it allows the user to lower the part into the vat and raise it after the cooking cycle without handling itself. The handle supports controlled movement when positioning the it for cooking or draining. It forms part of the basket handling assembly and supports to maintain separation between the user hand and the hot cooking oil during normal fryer operation.
