Description

The BKI (Barbeque King) C0030 Heating Element is compatible with the Electric Pressure Fryers range, BLF-F, BLF-FC, FKM, FKM-F, and FKM-FC. This heating element is 208V, 5675W and has a diameter of 17-3/4 inches and comes with hardware for installation. It provides lots of heat necessary for the right frying and features quick reheat and uniform performance. The construction of the C0030 makes it suitable for maintaining high temperatures in frying to ensure increased efficiency. Its installation is quite easy, thus, it does not cause much disruption and is therefore suitable for equipment maintenance.

More Information:

Step1: Disconnect fryer power and allow the unit to cool completely.

Step2: Drain oil and remove access panels to reach the heating element.

Step3: Disconnect wiring from the old element and remove mounting hardware.

Step4: Install the new heating element using the included hardware and tighten securely.

Step5: Reconnect wiring according to the fryer’s wiring diagram.

Step6: Refill oil, restore power, and test for proper heating operation.
