Gold Medal 43026 Spinner Head Complete 7"

The Gold Medal 43026 Spinner Head Complete 7" is utilized to spin sugar or other such materials in compatible equipment in either commercial foodservice conditions. It is mounted on the top of the machine and it works by rotating in an even motion in order to spread the product when making the preparation. This assembly is attached to the drive system to facilitate controlled movement. When rotation or balance is damaged during repeated use, replacement is necessary to maintain consistent output during commercial conditions when controlled spinning facilitates consistent preparation.
