Description

The Garland GL1765704 CCW Rotation Blower Wheel W/Puller Hub 8-1/2" convection air circulation component is used in compatible commercial kitchen equipment. Designed with an anticlockwise mounting system, it attaches directly to the motor shaft and moves heated air through the oven cavity. This airflow promotes even temperature distribution across all rack positions, supporting baking and roasting results. The wheel is part of the convection system and it acts to stabilise the internal heat movement under continuous operation for regular equipment use.
