Description

The Garland GL1017505 Thermostat FDO-1 Capillary CCT 72in x 7/16in is an electromechanical temperature controller that uses a fluid-filled sensing bulb and capillary system. The heating or cooling of the sensing element causes a diaphragm inside the sensing element to move and this movement opens or closes electrical contacts by activating a snap-action switch. This controls the power to heating elements according to setpoints that are calibrated. The 72-inch capillary enables the remote placement of bulbs to measure the temperature in the controlled area.
