Garland 4521293 Clamshell Grill Platen Arm

The Garland 4521293 Clamshell Grill Platen Arm allows you to adjust the position of the platen in the compatible systems. There is a balanced positioning of the arm, so the arm has a constant point of contact with the surface during cooking cycles. Positioning assists in distributing pressure properly and the transfer of heat. Armrest replacement replenishes the accuracy of alignment and enhances mechanical coordination. The structure is linked to the platen assembly in order to have constant motion control. This is a mechanical component that conditions commercial cooking situations that need constant platen operation and controlled performance through repeated heating cycles.
