Description

The Garland G02487-01 Gas Pilot Safety Valve K-Type W/1/2" NPT In/Out 1/4" CCT is gas flow control part designed for use in compatible commercial cooking systems. It control flow of gas to the pilot burner and will close the flow if the pilot flame is extinguished. Mounted in the gas line of the systems, it has 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet fittings and a 1/4" CCT pilot tube fitting. It is typically found in systems like ovens and ranges that have a standing pilot. It is part of the gas secure assembly and operates with thermocouple components to verify the presence of the flame ignition.
