The Attias G-170 Thermostat Temperature 3/16″ x 14-3/4″ 48″ Capillary 300°F–659°F FDTH-1 is a temperature control part used in compatible commercial cooking equipment to regulate internal heat levels. It detects temperature through its 3/16″ sensing bulb and 48″ capillary tube and cycles the heating system to maintain settings between 300°F and 659°F. This is installed within the appliance’s control circuitry during service or replacement. it provides consistent temperature to the control system, ensure stable cooking conditions as part of the equipment.

Step1: Disconnect electrical power and shut off the gas supply to the equipment.

Step4: Carefully remove the sensing bulb and capillary tube from their mounting locations.

Step5: Install the new thermostat, routing the capillary tube without sharp bends.

Step6: Secure the sensing bulb in its original position and reconnect the wiring.

Step7: Reassemble the panel, restore power and gas, then verify temperature operation and calibration.
