Frymaster FM82306932 Gas Fryer Right Basket Lift Arm

The Frymaster FM82306932 Right Basket Lift Arm is a mechanical linkage part that regulates the up and down movement of fryer baskets by coordinated movement with the lifting part to maintain coordinated action during cooking cycles. It work by connecting the drive mechanism of the fryer to the basket carriage which converts rotational movement to vertical movement which raises and lowers baskets at predetermined intervals during frying cycles. It is mounted on the right side of the fryer basket lift assembly in commercial fryers to aid in controlled basket placement during the operation cycles.
