Frymaster FM807-1006 Fryer Ignition Module Kit

The Frymaster FM807-1006 Ignition Module Kit is a control component used in commercial deep fryer systems to manage ignition sequence of the gas burner. It provides timed electronic spark ignition allowing the fryers burner assembly to light safely during startup, and maintain flame detection through connected sensors. It is installed within the fryers control housing and interfaces with the flame sensor, gas valve and ignition electrode as part of the system safety and firing circuit.
