Description

The Frymaster FM807-0918 Direct Spark Ignition Module is designed for compatible commercial cooking equipment. Installed within the fryers ignition system, it manages the direct spark sequence by controlling spark generation and monitoring flame detection during startup. The module includes an 11-second lockout feature that assists in controlling ignition timing by stopping the ignition process when proper flame establishment does not occur. Equipped with a 1/4" tab terminal connection, this module works with related gas and electrical components to support controlled burner operation in commercial frying equipment.
