Description

The Frymaster FM12147 Probe Assembly is a temperature sensor intended for use in the commercial fryer to measure and report the oil temperature. It is placed in the fryer tank to detect temperature fluctuations while frying. It is connected to the system control panel and enables the controlled cooking cycles. It is often found in the commercial cooking equipment and works with the electronics. It is generally replaced during the maintenance when the sensor fails, enabling the fryer to remain in operation during cooking.
