The Vulcan Hart 00-714321 Oven Flame Switch has a 36” capillary tube and a 3/16” diameter x 2” bulb for accurate temperature regulation and safety. Depending on the oven temperature, this flame switch will control the flow of the gas for the flame and will stop the gas in case the flame has been extinguished to minimize on dangers. It is built to last, and can withstand the rigors of busy kitchens. Designed for chefs and kitchen operators, it makes operation safer, maintains the necessary temperature for cooking, and avoids energy consumption on overheating or equipment failure.
