The TRUE E914919 Evaporator Coil Assembly is a replacement part of the cooling system in compatible commercial units that transfers heat from the cabinet interior to the product. It flows coolant through a coiled tubing assembly enabling uniform heat absorption for uniform cooling and temperature control within display cases, prep tables and undercounter appliances. It is placed inside the evaporator part of the equipment, and is used along with the compressor expansion part and fans to ensure stable storage conditions for food and beverages. It is used as the main heat exchange unit which ensures efficient cooling and safe holding temperatures throughout the continuous operation cycle
