The Sporlan E3S120S Solenoid Valve is an electromagnetic coil-driven 120 V solenoid that uses a plunger to control the flow of fluid. As the plunger is raised by the coil to open the passage, the spring closes it. Installation is commonly in refrigeration liquid lines or control circuits where refrigerant flow needs to be opened or closed depending on electrical signals by a controller and can be integrated into commercial cooling equipment assemblies and system piping layouts between the expansion system and evaporator section to provide flow regulation points in line.
