The Delfield 1702147 Door Gasket 21-3/4" x 27-1/8" is a replacement gasket to fit into compatible heated holding cabinets. It is around the door perimeter and when the door closes, it compresses to keep the internal temperature steady by restricting the air flow in and out of the cabinet and the surrounding conditions. Being a component of the enclosure system of the unit, it facilitates the maintenance of the uniform cooling or heating operation and lessens the efforts to be made on the compressor or heating components.
