The BKI T0109 Oven Control Board with 12 terminals is specifically suitable for the control of temperature in cooking processes and has a control range of 200-500°F. Designed for cook-only applications, it fits models such as Southbend’s XS10A (no hold timer, 500°F maximum) and XS20AHH, which is part of the V and VS line. This control board assists in correction of oven temperature hence optimizing cooking process. It is easy to install and its performance is very strong and it helps in maintaining heat control in oven so that your oven will run perfectly for the desired results. Ideal for improving the control of heat in different oven models.
