Description

The Comstock Castle COM17005 Thermocouple 18 20 30 mV 1980 Series is a flame detector safety parts in gas-fired commercial cooking appliances. It works by generating a low level of electricity when the sensing tip on the systems is heated by the pilot flame so that the control system can sense the presence of the flame and control the supply of gas. This is fitted in the burner assembly, with the tip of the thermocouple being in the pilot flame.
