Description

The Blodgett 19410 Burner Orifice is a gas metering component that is a accuracy-sized orifice in commercial ovens that allows the amount of gas to reach the burner to be regulated. It goes into the burner and confines gas to the right amount that can be fully burnt in the normal baking and roasting processes. It is placed between the gas supply line and burner ports to make sure that the flame burns in the desired size and heat production.
