Description

The Southbend 1182778 Charbroiler Burner Cover is made to fit over the burner assembly and it operates by directing the distribution of flames over the cooking surface and protects the burner against direct drippings and debris. It assists in controlling the heat by distributing the combustion output evenly and minimizes accumulation on internal components through a formed stainless steel structure that guides the residue out of the flame zone. This stainless steel burner cover assembly is installed in charbroiler units directly over the burners and under the cooking grates, which provides adequate flame coverage in the installation of commercial grill equipment.
