The Vulcan Hart 00-358638-00001 Wheel Blower is used to circulate air in the convection system by spinning at a high rate spreading the hot air uniformly throughout the cooking chamber. It operates by pulling air in via its blade and forcing it over heating element in order to keep the temperature flowing consistently throughout the operation. It is usually fitted in the blower housing assembly and is linked to the motor that provides the movement of air and the component facilitates the even distribution of air needed in the cooking process.
