An effective 1/2 HP motor that can be Used in a commercial kitchen with high usage is the Blodgett BL32291 Oven Blower Motor. With its dual speed and 100-115V operating range, this motor enables precise airflow control. The fan in the newer models rotates at 1710/1120 RPM, while the fan in the older models rotates at 1725/1140. For improved performance, there is a J56Z frame motor with a 5/8" x 3-1/4" shaft that only rotates clockwise. Heavy-duty specifications and movable high/low controls for enhancing efficiency in commercial ovens, fryers, and other related appliances are among its primary features.
