Belshaw MD-0183 Sanitary Boot

The Belshaw MD-0183 Sanitary Boot Switch is a foot-operated system that conducts electrical contact when pressure is exerted on the surface of the boot allowing the activation of equipment connected to it to be controlled by a sealed boot actuator interface that accepts foot pressure input in control circuit. It automatically resets on release of pressure, interrupting the circuit and halting the signal to the connected unit, and facilitating momentary switching behavior in connected control circuits. The switch is commonly mounted at floor level in food preparation or industrial stations where it is necessary to have hands-free operation.
