Description

The Accutemp AT2A50631 Griddle Thermostat Kit OT G2 is a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the cooking surface and turns the heating element on and off to keep the desired heat constant throughout the cooking process. This linked to the electric system, and reacts to the temperature through its sensing element, which transmits signals that control power flow to the source of heat in the griddle. It is mounted in the control section of the griddle under the cooking plate with mounting points and the temperature sensor properly positioned to provide accurate control, and measurement.
