Description

The Hobart XNC12X204 Fryer Heating Element 5500W 240V produces heat by using electrical energy to convert it to thermal output when it is energized at the provided voltage. The component moves the heat directly to the fryer oil so that the unit can reach and maintain operating temperatures when cooking cycles are underway. This component is installed in the fryer vat, which is positioned in the appropriate heating element spot and is completely submerged in oil when in use this component is the same electrical setup as compatible fryer models.
