Description

The Alto-Shaam TR-3318 Oven Retrofit Timer is a 12-hour timing control assembly with a manual adjustment knob and two electrical connector for commercial kitchen equipment. It operate on 240V 60Hz power and mounts within the control panel to allow operator to set the required cooking or holding duration. The timer controls the electrical circuit by activating or disconnecting connected operates after the selected time period is reached.
