Description

The Pitco PTPP10084 Safety Thermostat LCHM is a temperature sensor that is used to cut off the heat when the inside rises. It has a 1/4" x 4-7/8" sensing bulb with a 30" capillary, which permits precise monitoring in the fryer assembly. This thermostat is also found in kitchens and is used to ensure the operating temperature. It is installed in the control system of the fryer and provides a sound temperature control to aid in the maintenance of uniform operation and adherence to the standard operational requirements.
