Description

The Pitco P6071273 Thermostat Knob regulates the oil temperature levels in compatible commercial cooking by adjusting the internal mechanism in the Fryer. It is designed with a calibration of between 200°F and 400°F, and the user can select the required frying temperature. The knob is turned to move the thermostat shaft to the position where the heating elements or gas burners should be on or off. This is a cyclic movement that ensures that there is constant oil heat in the cooking processes. It is fitted on the front control panel, giving direct manual control over the temperature regulation.
