It has a Palnut mount and flat-up configuration which makes it easy to install and perform efficiently on the vehicle. It is compatible with models like Star Broilers, hot dog steamers, eagle metal masters warmers, Hobart and Merco equipment and many others. This switch provides accurate control of temperature at different operations Off, High, 6, 2 and Low to ensure the safety of the machines used in food preparation. Perfect to enhance equipment performance in kitchens.
