Description

The Globe 932-BB-AS-2 Knife Plate Hub Assembly is designed to hold the slicing knife firmly and in place so that it makes a consistent and accurate cut each time it is used. It transfers rotational power from the motor to the knife plate, to ensure smooth movement and appropriate blade Connection to ensure effective slicing. This assembly is commonly mounted in the blade housing of the slicer and is directly connected to the motor drive system and the knife plate.
