Nieco 9220 Grease Collection Box

The Nieco 9220 Grease Collection Box is a part of the grease management system that collects and directs the grease and residue expelled from frying equipment into a separate collection box. It work by collecting the runoff in a controlled path where solids and liquids will separate and the grease will be collected and disposed of after separation from the heavier particles and liquid flow. The unit is installed under compatible fryer or cooking equipment to trap grease discharged during normal use of the equipment to facilitate routine grease handling in commercial kitchen equipment under the equipment frame.
