The Franke 8841170 Temperature Probe operates by transferring thermal data to the primary control board through a two-wire connection using internal sensors to measure the amount of heat. This electrical signal allows the appliance to control the conditions inside the appliance by turning the system on or off based on the received information. The component is fitted directly into the heating chamber or reservoir of suitable commercial foodservice equipment to make direct contact with the medium being measured.
