Description

The Hobart 871-A Burner W/Shield Deflector & Air Shutter CI 2.408" OD 7/16" Hole 16-1/2" X 4-3/8" is a substitute burner component designed for commercial cooking equipment. It regulate gas combustion within burner assembly, maintaining consistent flame performance during cooking operations. The shield deflector directs heat output while protecting adjacent components from excessive heat exposure. The air shutter featuring 7/16 in hole allows adjustment of air-to-gas mixture for proper combustion.
