Description

The Hobart 857388-1 Thermocouple Type K is a temperature sensing component that is used to check the level of heat in compatible cooking systems. It generates an electrical signal which can be measured with respect to changes in temperature around the heat source. This signal is sent to the control system to control heating output appropriately. It is installed in the sensing place where it gives accurate thermal during operation. Regular temperature checks facilitate the regulation of heat and safety of the system. The thermocouple is involved in ensuring that there is accurate control of temperature in commercial kitchen equipment set ups.
