Description
The Dean 8261244 Element Install Kit FV is a replacement that is to be used with compatible models. It provides the fittings and hardware needed to install or re-install a heating element in the fryer assembly. Installed during the servicing processes to make sure that the heating element is properly installed in the heating compartment of the fryer to be able to work during cooking processes. In commercial kitchens and high-volume foodservice, installation kits such as this are used in carrying out equipment repairs. The kit is a part of the heating element support system of the fryer in the restoration of proper equipment operation.
